Berrow Court

I recently had my 40th Birthday Party at Berrow Court. Jayme and the team were absolutely brilliant. The venue is beautiful and the service we received was excellent. So many people told me it was the best party they had been too. Thank you Berrow Court!

Recently attended a wedding reception and have to say the service was incredible, the staff made me feel very at home and at ease, especially Jamie, highly reccomend.

Very disappointed. Contacted this venue 3 times for room hire costings (which I never and still not received) for my 60th birthday on 12th Oct. On three occasions, the lady I spoke with said that a room was on hold for me and agreed to email me with details and a contact number for an external caterer. No contact was made with me and no info received. I was also asked to attend an open day event (if I could) after my holiday. I noticed on the website there was an open day on 6th Oct from 2pm - 8pm, I turned up around 5pm - whilst waiting ages for someone to answer the door to me, I contacted the events organiser again, only to be told that there was no open day today and that her colleague (a man) who was supposed to contact me was off sick. The event organiser then told me that she could still accommodate me, but that she would not be able to provide me with catering (note: if you had sent me the info for the caterer in the first place, I would have contacted them myself), In addition, I still do not have the costings for hiring a room o the 12th Oct. Instead all I received was apologies - but this is not helping me!!! What kind of business are you running ? If I could avoid giving you a 1 star, I would. I've just been reading other reviews, looks like I have had a narrow escape. From a very disappointed customer. Diane Allie
