Excalibur Grand - Asian Wedding Venue

We had our mendhi event at Excalibur Grand in September 2025 and every single attendee only had praise for the venue. So much fun was had by everyone. Everything was so well organised and the decorations were STUNNING!! We had such a huge range of designs to pick from and Haych and his team were so accommodating. Last minute changes to the menu / seating everything was arranged meticulously. We are so grateful for the wonderful event, he even helped us find the best DJ (DJ Imran from Asian sounds) who gave us an absolutely PHENOMENAL time on the dance floor. Everyone has a blast and we can only thank you and pray that your business grows x 1000 Thank you for everything!!

First time at Excalibur Grand and it exceeded my expectations. Unique building with everything you would expect from a modern venue. The wedding I attended was segregated and it was nice of management to cater for this. The service stood out to me the most, credit goes to the management again. Food wise, I tried everything on the menu and couldn’t fault anything. If you live in or around Birmingham, definitely check this place out.

Had my daughters mehndi here and everything was perfect! The stage was absolutely stunning! The food amazing ! The waiters/waitresses were so lovely and friendly. They attended to everyone and were very efficient. Jameel promised me an amazing event and he came through. He even managed to find me a videographer 2 days before the event. I would definitely recommend this place and will most certainly book again for future events. Thank you Jameel for all your help. All the guests were impressed with everything! Not a single bad word and that’s something!

We had our brothers mendhi at Excalibur on the 27/08/23 and the event was managed by Haroon's team. They were so attentive and polite and provided us with such a great service. We have had several functions at this hall and will definitely recommend them, speak to Haroon as he works with various vendors and can make your vision come to life.

We recently booked Excalibur Grand for our wedding, and the experience was absolutely amazing! From the stunning entrance to the energetic DJ, the best dhol players in Birmingham, delicious food, top-notch photography, and the luxury chauffeur service — everything was spot on. A huge thank you to Haroon and his fantastic team for providing such a complete and stress-free package. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Special thanks to Sumaya, who supported my wife throughout the day with every little thing – her kindness and help meant so much to us. We are so happy we chose Excalibur Grand for our big day – everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone planning a dream Asian wedding!
