I booked Grand Occasions in Birmingham for my wedding, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better venue. From the very first visit, the team were welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day special. They took the time to understand what we wanted and were incredibly supportive throughout the planning process. On the day itself, the hall looked absolutely stunning. The décor, lighting, and overall setup exceeded my expectations and created such a beautiful atmosphere. Everything ran smoothly, and the staff were attentive, organised, and calm, which made a huge difference and allowed us to fully enjoy our day without any stress. So many of our guests commented on how elegant and spacious the venue was. Grand Occasions truly helped make our wedding unforgettable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a banqueting suite in Birmingham for a special occasion.

On the 3rd of August 2025 we had the hall booked for my son’s weddings and I must say it has been an honour. The scenery was beautiful. To the owner, Shak, and the staff of this establishment, you have been amazing and incredibly supportive of our needs, the food was ASTOUNDING, and at the last minute they were very adamant with providing cars for hire when I got into some issues with places elsewhere. The amazing owner, Shak, detailed the venues additions such as, food stalls, 360 vid shoot, which was incredibly generous and I’m appreciative for this as it lifted some of the burdens of my shoulders.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that a great deal of care and attention had gone into every aspect of the event. The venue was stunning — spacious, elegant, and beautifully arranged. As apart of the University of Birmingham Hindu Society, We recently worked with Grand Occasions for our annual Diwali Ball where they truly delivered an exceptional experience.
