We recently held our wedding at Grand Station, and I truly cannot put into words how incredible our experience was from beginning to end. From the very first conversation with the Sales Manager, Suresh, we felt completely reassured and excited. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in understanding our vision. He made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free, answering every question with professionalism and care. As the planning progressed, working with Teejay, the event coordinator, was an absolute pleasure. She was amazing throughout her communication was outstanding, always responsive, organised, and on top of every detail. She truly listened and ensured every element reflected exactly what we had imagined for our special day. On the wedding day itself, Hani managed everything superbly. His professionalism, calm presence, and attention to detail were second to none. Every part of the day flowed seamlessly, and any small behind-the-scenes matters were handled without us even noticing. He brought our vision to life spot on everything looked stunning and ran perfectly. The communication, organisation, and overall service from the entire team were exceptional. They didn’t just host our wedding they cared about it. They made me feel supported, valued, and completely at ease throughout the entire journey. I am forever grateful to the team at Grand Station for making me such a happy bride. Our day was everything we dreamed of and more. We have hosted our annual Promise Dreams charity ball at The Grand Station for the past two years, and both events have been absolutely fantastic. Each year has been incredibly successful, and we are already looking forward to returning again next year. The building itself is truly stunning, with a grand and elegant design, and the décor provided by The Grand Station perfectly complements the venue and enhances our event theming beautifully. The entire event runs seamlessly, and we cannot thank Hani enough for his outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, he immediately put us at ease and was exceptional throughout the evening — attentive, professional, and always on hand. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Danny Thompson, Head of Sales and Business Development, who has supported us from our very first contact.
