Highbury Hall

I’m a local wedding photographer and I love shooting weddings at Highbury Hall. The building itself makes the perfect setting for a grand wedding ceremony full of arts and crafts backdrops. The upstairs balcony area and the library are two of my favourite spots for portraits. It has large sunlight rooms which are a perfect place for bridal preparation. I also love the beautiful natural green areas outside for capturing my couple portraits and family formal photos. Couples are always so happy with the staff and service. The venue has undergone a lot of restoration and looks fantastic; the perfect venue for your wedding in Moseley.

We attended the craft fair which had some really great stalls. The whole venue was used. It was lovely to be able to see all the rooms to appreciate the history. We'd been July when they were celebrating 40 years of using the building for Weddings and receptions. We were celebrating 33 years of marriage that month had we had our reception there.

This gem of a building is open for guided tours on the first Monday of every month The guide made the tour both enjoyable and informative. I learnt so much about the original owner, Joseph Chamberlain.

We got married here on 25th March 2022 and I cannot express what an absolute amazing day and night it was all thanks to the wonderful staff at Highbury. Literally everything was perfect and they worked so hard to make sure it was and really looked after us all and the day went so smoothly and was totally stress free and i cant say thank you enough for everything. The venue itself is stunning, absolutely beautiful grounds. but seriously a venue would be nothing without the people behind the scenes making it what it is. You guys are all fantastic!! we thank you all for making our day as special as it was and we are so glad we chose Highbury Hall for our big day. everyone should get married here because they give their absolute best and then some and make the day utterly magical!! As soon as I saw another friend’s wedding photos at Highbury a few years ago I dreamed of getting married there. That dream became a reality a couple of months ago. Little did I know just how fantastic the team are there in the organisation both front of house and behind the scenes. Sam Forth patiently and efficiently dealt with every ‘daft’ question from the day it was booked, and Shirley similarly gave her full attention on the day. The waiting staff were brilliant, polite & considerate making sure food & drink were flowing - quietly and discreetly. And not forgetting the bar staff who did a great job, special mention to Tyrone who kept my drinks topped up all with a huge smile. The venue is steeped in history and it felt really special, the ceremony room is warm and intimate and the grounds add an extra Everyone had a wonderful time - we’ve had so many compliments ‘best wedding’, ‘had a fantastic day’ ‘food was amazing’ ‘wonderful venue’ Jarrod and I felt truly blessed, it truly was a magical day. Can’t not mention @RachelDeanPhotography who has ensured we will always have the memories to treasure Thank you everyone at Highbury for making it for us and the guests. A 5 star service and beyond xx
