We had the pleasure of dealing with Anisa consistently through the entire planning program for our son's wedding reception, and then as extra support on the day we were looked after by Zeeshan. We cannot give enough praise to the high levels of customer service, attention to detail & personalisation across all our wishes and requirements. Anisa ensured effective communication between all parties for the catering, parking assiatants and all extras we chose to have. We opted for Mocktails (made & served fresh as guests arrived ) a chocolate fountain ,a desert Table, Low fog & indoor fireworks, Teas, personalised welcome signs, personalised Head & Cake table and personlised Table settings . Zeeshan greeted us on the day & kindly ensured we ran to our schedule, checking in with us regularly to ensure we were happy with how the event was rolling out. Through dealing with a genuine, kind and competent team, we would not hesitate to recommend The Mayfair Suite to anyone looking to host any event hereon. i had my wedding here in september and everything about this venue was stunning. it was so spacious and easily catered to our 380 guests with space for more. the service and help from the owners was amazing and they did so much to make the day perfect. the bridal suite is so beautiful and they also have a prayer room for guests which was a huge bonus. i couldn’t be happier with how my wedding turned out at mayfair suite and i would definitely recommend this venue if you are looking for an elegant and picture perfect wedding hall

We had our wedding at Mayfair Venue on the 19th of April and honestly, it was nothing short of amazing – Alhamdulillah! From the very first viewing and every consultation afterwards, the experience was so smooth and stress-free. A huge thank you to Anisa, who was incredibly sweet, helpful and attentive every step of the way – Allahumma barik. The venue itself is absolutely stunning – beautifully designed with elegant interiors, spotless and stylish, spacious and modern bathrooms, a well-maintained and beautiful prayer room, and a spacious bridal suite that made getting ready feel extra special. The food was delicious, and guests were greeted with welcome drinks, which added such a nice touch. There were plenty of gorgeous stage designs and décor options to choose from – everything came together perfectly and truly brought our vision to life. Our experience with Mayfair Suite was exceptional from start to finish. We had our wedding at the Mayfair Suite on 29th July and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is modern, stylish, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The bridal suite was fantastic, with its own washroom, which made relaxing before my entrance comfortable. The prayer room was spacious and welcoming for our guests, which we really appreciated. Parking bays were reserved for Groom side and Bride side. A nice personal touch was having our names displayed on the plaques outside the venue. The venue arranged all vendors - pancake pop stand was a huge hit with everyone. I was a pretty indecisive bride but Anisa was so patient and helpful throughout the whole planning process — she made everything stress-free making us feel like genuinely cared for clients. If you want a beautiful venue with a caring, professional team, I highly recommend the Mayfair Suite. You are in excellent hands.
