I have directly worked with prestige suites for 2 years now, my society has been working with them for 10+! The best venue I’ve ever worked with. The service is amazing and they have always gone above and beyond to meet my vision for the events I’ve planned. The support of Dinesh and Rohit was incredible, they are so knowledgeable and it really helped when I had no clue what to do ! The decor options are stunning and there are so many colour schemes to choose from and the catering is amazing too. I can’t recommend this venue enough ! 100% the best one I’ve seen in Birmingham so far.

Amazing wedding reception at Prestige on New Year's eve, Dinesh and Rohit were absolutely amazing right from the get go. Very helpful and went above and beyond to make it an absolutely wonderful evening. Food was absolutely brilliant and we had a great time.

We held our wedding reception at The Prestige Suite and had an amazing experience from start to finish. We booked the hall at the start of 2025, and from our very first visit my husband and I were completely sold. It’s a family run venue, and you can genuinely feel the passion, care, and pride they put into everything. We met Dinesh, his father Ram, and his brother Rohit, all so lovely, organised, and joyful to work with. They took on so much responsibility, from catering and some décor to planning, logistics, and even contacting our vendors directly to arrange visits and confirm requirements. Their support made the whole process so much easier. Communication was always smooth, with Dinesh responding on WhatsApp straight away whenever we needed anything. The venue itself is incredibly practical too, with guest changing rooms and dedicated bridal and groom rooms, which were especially helpful for families with babies. The food was delicious; my only regret is not eating more! The team even surprised us by providing gluten free roti for four of our guests, something I hadn’t requested because I thought it would be too much to ask. That level of care really stood out. On the day, Rohit was on hand throughout, checking in regularly and making sure everything ran perfectly. Once the formalities were done, we could relax knowing everything was in safe hands. The bar and waiting staff were excellent as well, my family had so many good things to say, especially about Donna. Even with a busy NYE countdown, the team handled everything beautifully, including handing out prosecco right on time. The service couldn’t have been better. The Prestige Suite and the wonderful family behind it truly made our reception unforgettable.

Everything ran so smoothly thanks to their amazing staff who took care of us and our guests from start to finish. And we have to mention the food—it was truly phenomenal! Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was, from the appetizers to the main courses and desserts. Every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and served hot and fresh. We’re so grateful to Prestige Suite for helping make our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. I booked Prestige for my wedding reception and I can’t thank the team enough for delivering well above my expectations. From the in house decor selection, the outstanding menu and their bespoke design packages. The attention to detail was perfect, all guests really enjoyed the in house catering also, and I received lots of comments how much they loved the whole event. I would really highly recommend Prestige Suite to everyone as a one stop shop for all your events as they take the burden and let you be stress free which allows you to mingle and enjoy the event.
