The Kingscote Barn

Our wedding at Kingscote Barn was nothing short of magical. The venue itself is absolutely stunning from the beautiful barn to the surrounding countryside, every corner felt magical and created the perfect backdrop for the most special day of our lives. The atmosphere was warm, romantic, and effortlessly elegant, and so many of our guests commented on how incredible the setting was. A huge and heartfelt thank you goes to Lynne, our amazing wedding coordinator. Lynne was exceptional from start to finish, calm, kind, organised, and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her attention to detail meant everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. The food deserves its own applause Epic Catering were absolutely outstanding. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and talked about by our guests all day and night. From start to finish, the service and quality were exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a more incredible team. Kingscote Barn will forever hold a very special place in our hearts, and we cannot recommend it along with Lynne and Epic Catering highly enough.

From the moment we viewed the barn (our first and only choice!) it was stunning. The attentive staff created a cosy intimate atmosphere, instantly winning us over. Their communication throughout the process was impeccable, especially our coordinator Ashleigh. She was fantastic and incredibly grateful for her help before and on the day. She made me feel completely at ease beforehand and on the day! No question was ever too much! They’ve thought of everything from their online wedding planner section and supplier days to accommodation. They have put so much thought into everything and it makes the planning so much more seamless! I highly recommend this venue and the team. Our day itself was simply perfect from beginning to end! I wish we could do it all over again! We feel so fortunate to have secured a date for our wedding at Kingscote Barn, as it is such a popular venue. The venue and grounds are stunning. The moment we drove down the long drive, we knew Kingscote had to be the venue for our big day. The barn itself is so beautiful, that it doesn't require much decorating to make an impact. The onsite accommodation, particularly the treehouse, is such a bonus! We spent the morning after our wedding watching the sun rise with the delicious breakfast basket supplied by Kingscote. The staff were great from the first point of contact. Mollie, who was our wedding coordinator, was professional, caring and helpful. Mollie made sure our day ran seamlessly. I never expected our wedding to be such a stress-free day - but thanks to Mollie and the Kingscote team, as well as our caterers, ourselves and our families could focus on enjoying the day. Thank you so much Mollie and the Kingscote team - it was honestly the happiest day!!

The best day ever!! Everything was just perfect. The staff at Kingscote were suberb from start to finish. The venue is just beautiful. We wish we could do it all over again! Thank you to the team for making our dreams come true.

Absolutely fantastic wedding venue! We had our wedding here in September and we couldn't have chosen a better venue, nothing else came close after viewing Kingscote. It literally takes your breath away, the barn and surrounding area is so idyllic, it's absolutely stunning. We only had 48 guests so we struggled to find a venue that was exclusive use, had accommodation on-site, was set in the countryside, and had a good flow without ever feeling empty or like we didn't have enough people. It could easily accommodate well over double our numbers but the layout works so well and it's got so much character, you don't need 120+ people to bring the atmosphere. Laura was our wedding coordinator and was so on the ball on the day and during the run-up, nothing was too much trouble and she helped us both so much, she's exactly the person you hope to have with you. All of the staff are so helpful and friendly, and would happily answer the most random and specific questions I phoned up to ask beforehand! All of our guests loved the accommodation and we were gutted to have to leave the Treehouse the following morning, it's the most beautiful start to married life.
