The Square Club

We absolutely love the square club. The onion madelines with camembert is genuinely one of the best things I've eaten in my entire life! The space is stunning and filled with art from local artists, and the service is impeccable. We were helped by Charlie who was so lovely and really made our dinner special. Can't wait to come back!

First Meal Absolutely excellent. Service by Nadia was impeccable. She timed her interactions well and was always polite. Food was brilliant. Loved the tuna starter followed by a beautifully cooked medium rare fillet steak before dessert (single scoop of strawberry ice cream). The rose on offer by the glass was excellent and paired well with my meal. Also bonus points for being dog friendly ❤️ Second Meal This place continues to exceed my expectations and Emma provided the excellent service this time. She was super kind, patient and friendly. She was brilliant. This time I went for the arancini balls followed by lamb main and the banana sorbet, along with several glasses of the Pinot rosé. My worry was that it would be too much but this chef and the portions are perfection. All the 'sides' with each meal is so complimentary I was stunned how good everything tasted. LOVE this place and upset it is not closer to 'home'. ❤️ PS If torn between steak and lamb I'd recommend the lamb 🥰

We had our wedding reception here in August. The venue is gorgeous, the garden terrace was perfect for a summer party and created such a good atmosphere with the guests. It was busy but plenty of space for everyone to mingle. The team have been so helpful throughout the process and really responsive. They helped throw a great party and everyone had a fantastic night. Thanks, would highly recommend!!

Such a wonderful venue. Ellie and Hannah managed our requests before the event with calmness, the meal at the dinner in the evening was commented on by many guests to me just how good it was, and the service impeccable. The setting was lovely and they were somehow managing a second event downstairs at the same time we didn't even notice taking place. Such a wonderful evening, I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful venue in Bristol.
