Rosebery Steading

We recently got married at Rosebery Steading and it was the most amazing day. Jo and the team were incredible from start to finish. They were on hand to answer any questions throughout the planning process to help accommodate any requests we had. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and was the perfect backdrop for the relaxed rustic chic we were after on the day. All our overnight guests were blown away by the onsite accomodation, it is kept immaculate and everybody felt at home as soon as they arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend getting married at Rosebery Steading, I would just like say a huge thank you to Jo and the entire team for making our day one to remember!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to tie the knot. The steading nails that sweet spot between rustic charm and grandeur – stunning for photos, but comfy enough that our guests actually wanted to hang out and create memories. The team at Rosebery Estates were absolute legends. They really got our headspace, giving just the right amount of guidance, problem-solving, and a genuine sense of “we get you” throughout. From start to finish, they understood we didn't want it to be 'our' special day. Instead, a milestone day for everyone invited. Inclusivity was key for us as a queer couple, and the venue delivered. We never once felt like we were stepping into a ‘straight’ space. On top of that, a quarter of our guests are neurodivergent (including us grooms!). For folks with autism or ADHD, having the variety of the dancehall, bar, courtyard and an open cottage as a chill-out space was ideal. Couldn’t recommend the team or venue highly enough. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than Rosebery Steading. The venue itself is absolutely stunning — every room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and full of character. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how gorgeous everything was! The team at Rosebery Steading were phenomenal throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Louise, who went above and beyond for us from day one. She helped us find brilliant suppliers, chased vendors over the weekend to confirm last-minute logistics, and made sure everything ran seamlessly on the day. Her calm, friendly, and organised approach meant we could truly relax and enjoy every moment. We’re so grateful to the whole team for helping us create the most magical weekend — we can’t recommend Rosebery Steading highly enough!

Jo, Kerry, Drew, and the entire team at Rosebery were a true highlight of the wedding process! They were so professional and organised and completely put us at ease, answering all questions, recommending the best vendors, keeping us on track, and always greeting us with a smile and an eagerness to help. The venue itself is stunning and is kept in such excellent condition - the rooms are beautifully decorated and all of our on-site guests loved their stays. The team had thought of everything, including biscuits, tea and coffee, and milk in the fridges. We highly recommend booking the chapel if you are getting married at Rosebery, our guests raved about how beautiful and traditional it was and it added such a lovely element to the whole day. Our venue was the most significant part of our wedding day and we are so happy we chose Rosebery!

We celebrated our wedding here in August 2025 and it was nothing short of incredible. Living in Australia, I worried that planning from afar might be difficult, but Louise made the entire process effortless. The venue itself is stunning - the attention to detail and quality throughout, from the accommodation to the function spaces, is exceptional. The team went above and beyond for every little request across the weekend, whether it was measuring the grass area for a sports day, a last minute extension lead, or arranging a shower seat for my mum - nothing was ever too much trouble. They also worked seamlessly with our caterer and design team, Platter and Pop, which made the whole experience feel even more effortless and perfectly coordinated. Thanks to their professionalism and kindness, the entire weekend was completely stress-free. We couldn’t recommend this venue more highly.
