Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh - Venue & Conference Centre

Our organisation held meetings and our conference at the RCPE last week, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process, from planning and setup to the smooth running of the event itself. Every request was handled promptly and with a friendly attitude, which made a real difference. The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of Edinburgh, making it easy for our delegates to get to and from the venue, with plenty of nearby hotels, restaurants, and transport links. The facilities themselves were excellent, well-equipped, and perfectly suited to both formal meetings and larger conference sessions. Overall, we were extremely impressed and very grateful to the RCPE team for helping make our event such a success. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a professional, well-located, and supportive setting for meetings or conferences.

Last week we hosted a conference at the Royal College of Physicians. The venue is stunning - such a practical auditorium for 300 delegates, but also the great hall and new library are breathtaking. Our delegates have flooded my email with praises. Thank you to Kathryn and the events team for such a smooth (and easy) conference and also to Davie and his AV team for handling the power points etc with such ease. I highly recommend the Royal College of Physicians and look forward to hosting another event in the future!

Absolutely stunning venue, one of my brides just got married there on Saturday, the 2nd of December. The rooms are spacious, she had a whole apartment for herself and family plus guests and there was lots of room to get all their hair done, 2 Makeup artist in another room lots of space to get everyone ready. The venue itself is beautiful, with it being close to Christmas it was even more stunning. The bride did not have to leave the building, you can go right from the room, through lovely corridors, right to the room in the photos. You would never realise from the front of the hotel at how big it was inside.

The Royal College of Physicians in Edinburgh is a wonderful venue to hold an event in and we recently had the pleasure of hosting a conference in the Great Hall at the RCPE. The events team at the college were excellent in the lead up to our event and all of the staff on site were extremely helpful. The AV team were fantastic on the day, they really know their stuff which was incredibly reassuring. As venues go, the RCPE is hard to beat when it comes to the wow factor. All of our delegates and speakers were very impressed with the venue, particularly the Great Hall and the Library. We have speakers come form all over the UK and further afield and we received great post event feedback on how perfect the venue was as it is in a very easy to reach location and offers a beautiful and very grand setting. We look forward to returning next year!

We hosted a hybrid meeting, reception, dinner and conference style day within the RCPE. The team were great, both in supporting us to find the best solution ahead of the two days, and during the events. Big thank you to all the team for jumping in whenever we had an issue and for creating a seamless and very enjoyable event.
