The Caves

Spooky spooky caves but they were so so so cozy!!! There was a friendly ghost who I spoke to and we became friends. There are no windows in a cave because it’s underground which is my favourite new fact!!! I was told that it was a cave but I wasn’t expecting how cave-y this place was going to be! It was so exciting to be down in the deep deep ground. The food is so so so yummy I might take haggis back to Belarus

A great venue with lovely Staff, it is quirky, intimate and I loved it. We came to see Hugo Hamlet who was sensational 💜

My daughter had her wedding here, and I cannot praise all the team highly enough. The venue is spectacular, wedding breakfast was exceptional- second supper hot dogs have to be a must!! The staff are amazing, highly professional, warm and welcoming and nothing was too much to ask. If you are looking for a special venue, this is the place to go.

I recently photographed an amazing wedding at this truly unique and beautiful venue. Everything about it is awesome. The atmosphere, the location and the friendly staff make it one of my favourite wedding venues in Edinburgh. Highly recommended if you're considering getting married here.

The Caves is a very unusual and unique concert venue buried in the bowels of auld reekie. Interior lighting is excellent. Seating was good tonight. Seen a couple of concerts here now but tonight we witnessed an incredible performance from Irish Rock Blues guitarist and singer Dom Martin. This guy is no tribute act or impersonator. He brings introspective dark songs of his own composition which reach into the very core of your emotional being. Then after the minutes of a short break turns into the embodiment of the spirit of Rory Gallagher. Never have i heard Rory's early material played better. A wonderful nostalgic experience. 16/10/23 Another great night at the caves to see fantastic American Blues Rock Band Blood Brothers. 🎸😄
