Great central location close to the train station and hotels. Love the art deco style design inside. Good sized space that had our 100 guests seated comfortably. Food provided was reasonable quality. And the guests were happy. AV worked well and mic provided clear voice across the area.

Close to Leeds train station and well served by buses. Lovely interior with reserved features including the repurposing of a vault / strong room as toilets. Staff were very helpful, lunch and refreshments of a better standard than some offered at comparable venues. Only down side was a heavy reliance on a narrow spiral staircase to get between floors. Came here for the junior lawyers winter ball and the venue was nice but a bit dated! The food was pretty good with nice presentations, decent venue for a large event☺️

Excellent venue for conferences, meetings and exhibitions. Host venue for Leeds business week. Helpful and friendly staff. Refreshments provided. Plenty of seating areas. Free WiFi. Close to the train station and major bus stop area. Lifts make it wheelchair accessible otherwise narrow and steep stairs to access seminar and meeting rooms.

I had an appointment at the Aspire building, and I’m very disappointed with how the situation was handled. My sister came with me for support, but staff refused to let her inside and told her she had to wait outside. It’s winter and freezing cold — she is pregnant and was made to wait out there for an hour. I also saw other people with young children waiting in the cold. If additional people aren’t allowed to attend appointments, that’s understandable, but we should be informed of this before the appointment so we can make proper arrangements. On top of this, the staff were extremely miserable and unwelcoming. If they don’t want to be in customer service, they shouldn’t take it out on people who are already anxious and trying to follow the process.
