Wow! We recently had our wedding at Palm House in Liverpool, Dine we're our catering and events organiser and we're brilliant from the start. From the first day we met Jen a couple of months before our big day she immediately put our minds at ease. A true professional and brilliant at what she does. The day could not have ran smoother, which was complimented on by everyone, Jen and the team looked after everything, and I mean everything. The service at dinner, was a great highlight, the food and ensuring a multitude of dietary requirements are met the whole wedding party spoke about how amazing the team where and how incredible the food was, including compliments from a very fussy eater!!! Oh and also the pizza in the evening was a great addition to to the evening, it was gone in no time. A massive thank you to the whole Dine team for making our day the most amazing day! Levi & Jessa

Im going to share here exactly what I sent to Jess at Dine, hopefully that will show you how sincere this review really is. My partner and I got married at Sefton Park Palm House at the start of the month. I couldn’t have wished for anymore, not a single thing went wrong and I couldn’t find anything to criticise even if I tried. Each and every guest complimented the food, service, efficiency, time keeping… everything. One thing that garnered most attention from all of us that have worked in hospitality for many years was the fact that each guest at the table were served their food at exactly the same time, so not even the little details went unnoticed. I’m gutted that I don’t have anymore pictures to share but the ones I do have are my amazing photographers so credit to @amyandomidphotography for those. Hi Jess, I’ve been meaning to send you a message. I have no words for Saturday! I have no idea how to put my thanks into words. You were all AMAZING! Jess, I honestly don’t know where to start. You made each and every stage of the day run so, so smoothly. From the moment we arrived you were there, ready to sort out the aisle, the kids and the bridesmaids and I’m sure you did plenty more before I arrived. You were so efficient, caring, considerate, on time, honestly, just everything. After the ceremony you allowed me to relax and not worry about anything, after months of planning I can’t tell you how amazing that felt for me. You kept all the timings in line, you checked everything with me, found Ruben when we needed to be together, brought me drinks, checked in on food, I just couldn’t have wished for anything more. Dine are so, so lucky to have you as part of their team, I hope they know how amazing you are. Thank you for everything, we’ll never forget your contribution to our day ❤️ Every single guest was blown away with the food, service and everything in between too. Not a single thing went wrong all day and you were a huge part of that! You also did it all with the biggest smile on your face. The biggest thank yous ever ❤️😭🥹

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We knew we were going to have a great experience with DINE at the Sefton Palmhouse from the beginning of our interactions with them. Jenny was very personable and wanted to help us create the most personal and unforgettable experience ever. We were blown away. On the day, we did not have to get involved at all, the food was as good when served for 164 guests as it was during the tasting, the improvements requested for some of the dishes were applied with care, the staff was impeccable and smooth, and the personal touches throughout the day turned a great day into a fantastic event. Most of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and we know it was thanks to the incredible setting of the Palm house and the unforgettable service provided throughout the day by the DINE team. Yes, you are locked in with Dine as a caterer at this venue, but you are in for a treat. We couldn't recommend DINE enthusiastically enough. I'm going to struggle to find the right words to express just how grateful we are for everything Jen and her team did for us to make our wedding day feel special and stress free. From first contact all the way through and afterwards they have been so friendly, kind, and efficient at the same time! They provided so many personal touches that helped the whole experience feel completely bespoke - we're so glad we got to do the tasting in the Palm House too, that was such a lovely experience as well as being fantastically useful in making decisions for the big day. While it's important we sing the praises of the smooth running of the operation I can't believe we've not mentioned the food yet! It was delicious! Beautifully presented and served, and even the guests with the most complex of dietary requirements was catered too without fuss. We really appreciated having our favourite cocktails from the bar too - where there was never a long wait to be served! We hadn't realised Dine would be so much more than a catering service when we made our booking, but looking back at everything they did to set up, keep everything on track while never making us feel rushed, and wrap up afterwards, we certainly wouldn't have wanted to do the day without them. Had our beautiful wedding at Howsham Hall a month ago and it was the most beautiful day we could ever dream of. The Dine Team was perfect from start to finish. We met Becky when we first visited Howsham Hall in March 2023, we had a tour of Howsham Hall and was blown away by the elegant and well thought out spaces, the MASSIVE bridal suite and the menu choices. What really sold the place for us was the fact that each main part of the day had a separate part of the hall for it meaning we aren't ushered around while hall spaces are being turned over to be used again for another part of the day. After booking we were then passed on to our coordinator and we had wonderful Jenny overlooking the planning of our wedding day. It was a pleasure to have her coordinating, everything was taken care of with attention to detail. We had meetings throughout the months of planning, notes were taken and followed to the tiniest detail. She checked on us throughout the wedding day to make sure everything was okay and we had everything we needed and we felt so looked after! And finally we had Tim taking care of us and our guests on the day of our wedding and morning after. He was so nice and such a calming presence to the day. Nothing was too much trouble and we were so well taken care of. Before our wedding day I would always hear people say - "wedding days never go according to plan and if it doesn't, nobody would notice" but in all honesty everything about our wedding went according to plan and this is thanks to the Dine team. Last but not least, the food was AMAZING and we kept getting compliments on how lovely the venue is and how great the food is!
