Bourton Hall

Bourton Hall in Rugby is an absolutely perfect wedding venue. The food was excellent and the service was attentive and professional throughout the day. The setting felt incredibly romantic, especially with the three beautifully decorated Christmas trees and the cosy fireplace. There’s also a fantastic outdoor area, which made for stunning photos. A truly magical place and a perfect choice for a wedding.

We got married at Bourton Hall on the 17th of January 2026, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a more beautiful venue or a smoother, more stress-free wedding day. Every single detail was looked after with such care and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely supported and able to just enjoy the day. A huge, heartfelt thank you goes to Jemma, our coordinator, who was simply amazing. She guided us through the whole process and the wedding day itself with such calm, kindness, and attention to detail. Thanks to her, everything ran seamlessly and without any stress — we felt truly looked after. The venue itself is breathtaking. Bourton Hall is elegant, romantic, and full of character. The décor and decorations were stunning and created the most magical atmosphere — everything looked even more beautiful than we imagined. The rooms, ceremony space, and reception areas were all immaculate and perfectly prepared. The food was outstanding — delicious, beautifully presented, and so well received by all of our guests. The DJ was fantastic and kept the atmosphere exactly right, and the staff throughout the day and evening were exceptional: friendly, attentive, professional, and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful the venue, food, and service were. Bourton Hall truly made our wedding day unforgettable, and we will cherish the memories forever. We got married at Bourton Hall on September 4th, and it was truly the most magical day! The venue itself is absolutely stunning, but what made it even more special was the incredible team behind it, especially our wedding manager, Harminder. Harminder was brilliant from start to finish, calm, organised, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. He went above and beyond to bring our fusion wedding to life, making sure every detail reflected both of our cultures beautifully. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how seamless and vibrant everything felt! We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of Bourton Hall as our wedding venue. From our first visit, we knew immediately it was the place we wanted to get married. The venue itself is stunning, and we received so many comments from our guests about just how beautiful it was, both inside and out. Being local was really important to us, as we wanted somewhere meaningful that we could revisit in the years to come and hold those memories close. The food was exceptional - something we loved from our initial tasting, and it was lovely to hear so many guests commenting on how amazing it was on the day as well. We worked hard to choose and support local businesses, and as a local business ourselves that relies on word of mouth and recommendations, that mattered greatly to us. Bourton Hall will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

My brother in law got married here. Very magical and the flowing drinks. The meat was the best I had and it was magical for them. We stayed the night which is nice and breakfast the next morning. They brought Thier horse too. Nice place and really lovely set up x
