What Couples Say

We were truly blessed to celebrate our marriage at Fitzrovia Chapel. From the moment we and our guests stepped inside, we were captivated by its breathtaking beauty and serene atmosphere. It’s hard to believe such a unique and magnificent space exists in the heart of London. The chapel is genuinely one of a kind—its calming, almost magical presence made our wedding feel extraordinary, and it’s a place we will always hold in our hearts. The coordination from the team was exceptional as well. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and seamless organisation ensured everything flowed perfectly, making our ceremony not only stress-free but truly unforgettable. We’re so grateful to the entire staff for helping us plan and experience such a special day. ❤️

This is the last remnant of the Middlesex Hospital that was established in 1745, rebuilt a number of times through charitable donations and finally closed in 2005. The chapel has a Byzantine, greek orthodox feel to it, it is stunning inside with gold leaf tiles and multiple references to Drs and Nurses that dedicated their lives to the Hospital. It is only open on Wednesdays, usually to host art exhibitions

An absolute gem in the middle of a posh housing development. Was originally part the Middlesex Hospital, but preserved amazingly, as a fantastic example of Byzantine architecture a small version of the Hagia Sophia if you like. It’s free so no excuse.

A very cute and beautiful chapel hidden in London city. It is mini-size comparing to other big churches and cathedrals around London, but you can find many elegant details and wonderful experiences here.

A jewel in the midst of the city. 17 kinds of marble are in this restored chapel that was kept after Middlesex Hospital was removed. We visited after we toured The Cartoon Museum nearby.
