Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

We came here for a coffee and found it quite disappointing. The setting and table were lovely and there was a nice ambience however it was hard to get the attention of staff. We were initially served tea in takeaway cups despite having had a booking made in advance and we had to ask for proper cups and a teapot. The toast we ordered did not have butter with it and was cold also. No pastries were available too which was disappointing. Disappointing experience overall.

Our stay at the four seasons park lane was MAGNIFICENT!!! The turn-down service was incredible and they housekeep staff went above and beyond to make our room look brand new. We ate several nights during our one week stay at the Pavyllon restaurant and Bar Antoine. The staff which included Cindy, Marine and MOST importantly T or “Mr. T” made our dining experience a perfect 10. I will be coming back here with my family and look forward to seeing this incredible Staff for world-class food and world class service. Thank you so much! (The pic was the bone marrow dish which was EXCELLENT)

I had a wonderful experience! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the service exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how smooth everything went. Highly recommended I’d definitely come back again!

Had a wonderful experience at the lobby bar . Did not stay but stayed for drinks . However I noticed the glasses for wine was not very clean so they quickly changed it for us .
