One Whitehall Place

We found the staff to be exceptionally kind and the location excellent. However, there are several areas needing attention: • Catering: The quality of the food and desserts provided for our meeting was unsatisfactory. • Maintenance & Facilities: The venue requires a refurbishment. We noted numerous visible maintenance issues within the meeting room. • Practical Amenities: During rainfall, there were no provisions for storing wet umbrellas. • Accessibility: The only upstairs restroom available was the disabled facility, which created an uncomfortable situation regarding its appropriate use.

Really good location to explore central London. Hotel staff were lovely , reception and the crew in breakfast so big thanks to them. Helped me out with a couple of bits. Always happy to chat and assist. Would defiantly stop agajn

If you ever get into London, The Royal Horseguards is very BEST place to stay! Right in the heart of Parliament! There is so much history in this place that it's truly amazing! We will definitely stay here when we return!

We hired One Whitehall Place for a big birthday celebration and it was wonderful. Lily and the operations team went above and beyond in organising our event and giving us an amazing night. The venue was perfect, the food was amazing and our 300+ guests had the time of their lives. Thank you for everything and we would highly recommend this venue for an amazing celebration.

Simply put, the most beautiful building in London.
