St. Ermin's Hotel, Autograph Collection

St. Ermin's is a beautiful property with staff who go above and beyond. I said to my husband multiple times that I had never encountered a friendlier hotel staff! Every time we would interact with someone I'd think they couldn't be any friendlier...then we'd interact with another staff member and they would be! Their staff is truly above and beyond. They are the best part of the hotel. The property is beautiful. Our room was always well attended to..plenty of room, waters refreshed daily, all special requests accommodated. Onsite bar and restaurant options are wonderful. Wine happy hour on weekdays. The daily breakfast was perfect with a huge variety of options. We loved that the hotel was set back in a little alcove. It was also less than a 3 minute walk from a tube station and very close to many sightseeing options. Would absolutely stay here again!

St. Ermin's Hotel exceeded any and all expectations I had. To start the location is perfect. It is centrally located and about an easy 10 minute walk from the must see locations of central London including Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace. This makes it easy accessible while also providing a quiet environment without all the noises of city. Additionally, there is a taxi stand right across from the hotel making it easy to quickly get a ride anywhere you want to visit. Aside from the location the rooms were clean and comfortable. They housekeeping staff did a great job turning the rooms over. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the experience at the hotel itself. The daily breakfast was delicious and there were so many options we didn't have to eat the same thing twice. One of the managers, Nahid, who is routinely at breakfast is always happy to chat and offer suggestions of what to do, where to go, and great tips to make it a smooth trip. We also did afternoon tea and had so much fun. The teas were delicious, the desserts just as good, and our server Jacquline was so kind. She did a great job explaining everything to us and was very patient and accommodating. We are already planning our next trip to London and looking forward to staying here again.

Had the best stay here! The staff was warm and welcoming and truly went above and beyond to make the stay special. We got engaged while on this trip and they sent up a bottle of bubbly and a hand written note, really the little things to make it special. Breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of options and the staff was all really lovely there too. Location can’t be beat especially for the NYE fireworks show, but in general it’s walkable to so much and super close to the tube stop.

I cannot say enough about this fabulous hotel and the staff. In the Westminster section of London, a perfect location close to attractions and full of history. The hotel was decorated beautifully for what the Brits call the “Festive Season” - and they really outdid themselves. The breakfast buffet is abundant, the rooms spacious and clean, and the staff are top notch in hospitality. I’d especially like to recognize Laine for his kindness. I highly recommend this charming hotel. It was a joy staying there.

We had a really great 3 night stay at St Ermin’s. Beautiful historic place in a great part of town. 5 minutes to parks, close to palace and even closer to Big Bend and river. We had a great meal at the pub too and service was excellent. Room was comfortable and well serviced. Interesting historical points in lobby from WW2. Lovely unique entrance for a city hotel!
