Ashfield House

We had the most perfect wedding day here on Monday 1st September. Right from the beginning from our initial meeting to the actual day we can't fault the staff. They have an excellent team that looked after us and are guests so well. Ashfield House is a stunning place for weddings, you can personalise it to your own taste. The ceremony room is light and airy, and very beautiful. The food was outstanding and presentation was amazing. Beautiful grounds for outdoor photos. Stunning bedrooms. I want to do it all again 🤣😍💜

Such a fantastic, well organised slick venue. We attended a wedding on a Thursday and it was a great event, due to the team at Ashfield House. All the staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. There were staff everywhere and help was always at hand. We had an antipasti following the 4pm wedding and the food was great quality and tasted delicious. We also had the takeaway style meal later in the evening consisting of personal freshly made pizzas, fish and chips and burger and fries. All were excellent quality and tasted great. Another plus was the bar prices. They were slightly higher than a pub, but not extortionate like usual wedding venues. A perfect venue that made the wedding such a success. Thank you.

A huge thank you to Marjorie and the team at Ashfield House for giving us our dream wedding day on 6th November. From our first viewing at the venue, we were blown away by all the beautiful interior, the gorgeous grounds and all the different rooms we could use throughout the day - having the whole venue and the rooms upstairs for our guests for the day made it feel so much more intimate which was the vibe that we wanted. Marjorie could not have been more responsive to our endless emails and queries and we really felt so supported in the entire process which is what every couple wants to feel in the lead up to the day! Nothing was too much trouble and on our wedding day, Marjorie was on hand from getting ready in the morning to the end of the night and helped our ceremony flow seamlessly. Our guests have since raved about the venue, the stunning food and the whole atmosphere created by the venue. I would urge anyone planning a wedding to consider Ashfield House for their big day, we are so spoilt in the North West with some amazing venues but Ashfield House is unique in EVERY way.

This is going to be a long one because there is just so much to say! From the first open day we attended we fell in love with this place. Everything about it, the uniqueness, the beautiful gardens, the numerous comfy spaces indoors and that staircase! We did look at a couple of other venues but were instantly drawn back to Ashfield House- the exclusivity of the venue was what sold it to us! The staff, from talking with us on the open day, to communications to get our date booked in and any questions we had, to the execution of our wedding day- everything was amazing and perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble to ask. Our wedding day was everything we had imagined and more! It was so magical. Leanne in particular, our wedding coordinator was exceptionally amazing. She mad everything run smoothly, checked if we were ok and answered every question we had (not that we had too many as all the information was clearly provided very early on). We had an entertainment request- a 1st for the venue- axe throwing and they did everything they could to accommodate this and it all paid off. We got so many compliments on the venue, the food and the day as a whole. I could go on and on about how fabulous this place is but I would be here forever. I recently had the pleasure of attending a wedding at this stunning manor house, and it was truly unforgettable. The venue itself is nothing short of grand—perfect for weddings, birthday celebrations, and other special occasions. A huge shoutout to Jenny, the general manager and wedding planner, whose expertise and dedication, along with her incredible team, ensured that every detail was flawlessly executed from start to finish. They turn events into lasting memories. Highly recommended!
